We know that insurance and direct pay for therapy are complex issues and we want to help make it easier.
ABG Therapy & Wellness Center LLC is a provider for Colorado Medicaid. We are glad to provide services to you, bill Medicaid and accept Medicaid
reimbursement. In order for us to do so, your eligibility must be current and we must have a Physician Order (prescription) for therapy with diagnosis
from your Primary Care Physician. The order must be signed by a Physician - not a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Please be sure to share any additional insurance with us, even if that insurance will not cover your therapy. Medicaid requires a denial from any other
insurance before they will cover the cost of your therapy.
It is important that we be notified of any change in eligibility status, physician, address, telephone, insurance, etc. The cost of any therapy sessions
attended following loss of eligibility status will be billed to the client.
